Plymouth's hidden maritime jewel is now open to visit!

The Grade 1 former Royal Naval victualling buildings are coming alive with cafes, bars, restaurants, museum, art galleries, offices and residential spaces.

Visit the brand new visitor basin with berths available daily, weekly or monthly. Situated at the entrance of the River Tamar, this offers the visiting mariner the opportunity to have a gentle sail on the scenic river or a sea cruise around Plymouth's coastline.

The Mills Bakery is home to a range of apartments available at the yard, including micro apartments, bay apartments and corner apartments with fantastic views. The apartments complement the existing features of Mills Bakery which includes massive granite and limestone walls, exposed timber roof beams and arched windows.

Two sides of Mills Bakery look out directly onto water. One overlooks the Basin, Royal William Yard's interior dock, while the other looks out onto the Hamoaze, the estuary of the tidal River Tamar. There is no better waterfront location in Britain!
